As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Administrator, you will handle daily invoicing, payment processing, and customer follow-ups. You'll use tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage and track receivables, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
• Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to the accounting team
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all invoices are processed correctly and on time
• Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze receivables data
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
