📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the team.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team to ensure targets are met.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for the team.,Support the Area Manager in managing the budget and ensuring financial targets are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all team activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
