📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase room occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain the hotel's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with local tourism boards and travel agents to secure group bookings and special rates.
  • Organize and promote special events, promotions, and packages to attract guests.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local tourism and hospitality industry is an advantage.
