As a Commercial Learning Partner, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand their training needs and develop tailored learning programs. You will leverage your expertise in learning and development to create engaging and effective training solutions that drive performance and growth. Your daily tasks will include conducting needs assessments, designing training programs, and evaluating their impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify training needs and develop tailored learning programs.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other relevant software.
• Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses to inform training program development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality training.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between training objectives and business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial or sales training.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Moodle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs that drive performance and growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
