As an English Operations Tutor, you will lead engaging and effective English classes, create a welcoming atmosphere for students, and assist with branch operations. Our branches are located in popular areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, offering a vibrant and diverse setting for your teaching and management responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct engaging and effective English classes for students of all levels, using interactive teaching methods and modern educational tools.
• Assist with branch operations, including student enrollment, scheduling, and attendance tracking, using our in-house management system.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a love for learning and language acquisition.
• Collaborate with the English Cafe team to develop and implement new teaching materials, activities, and programs.
• Provide personalized support and guidance to students, helping them achieve their language learning goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of branch operations and policies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching and education.
• Promote the English Cafe brand and values, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Native or near-native English proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern educational tools and technologies, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their language learning goals.
• Previous experience working in an international or bilingual environment is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial but not required.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience in the relevant field.
