📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Provide support and guidance to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.,Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and ATS.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
