📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.,Lead and motivate a team of branch staff to achieve sales and operational targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in a retail or service industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving branch performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
