📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data using SAP PM and Maximo.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address operational issues.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance leadership roles.
• Certifications in predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, or similar fields are a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP PM and Maximo.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 55001 and other relevant industrial standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
