📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee logistics and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain and update operational records and reports.
• Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
