📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the section.,Monitoring performance metrics and providing regular feedback to team members.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Leading and participating in training and development initiatives for team members.,Representing the section in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
