📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage project costs, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and budgetary compliance.,Conduct quantity surveys, cost analysis, and reporting to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and submit accurate invoices and payment claims to clients and subcontractors.,Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues and implement cost-saving measures.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors and project teams.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.,Attend site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong focus on M&E / ACMV projects.,Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and payment schedules.,Experience with project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CQS, or equivalent) is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
