📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into paying customers.,Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts to secure sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before, during, and after sales.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
