📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations, sales, and customer service in your designated area.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and develop sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the aluminum industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.
