📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.,Prepare and submit reports on operational activities and employee performance.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Experience with operational management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license is preferred.
