📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.,Lead and motivate the crew to maintain high performance standards.,Plan and execute voyages efficiently and safely.,Maintain and inspect the vessel to ensure its proper functioning.,Handle administrative tasks including crew management and documentation.,Communicate effectively with port authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.,Ensure the vessel is well-maintained and meets all safety standards.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and other operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of maritime software and navigation tools.,Experience with crew management and training.
