📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain and organize dental instruments and supplies.
• Prepare and sterilize dental equipment according to hospital standards.
• Manage patient records and insurance documentation using our digital software.
• Support the reception team in scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience by greeting and assisting patients.
• Stay updated on dental practices and procedures through ongoing training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role.
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Dental Assisting (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
