📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions and services.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions.,Promote banking products and services to customers.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with the Sales Counter Manager to achieve daily targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales roles.,Familiarity with banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and proficiency in English.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
