📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
• Utilize SAP and other logistics software to track and manage inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar logistics software.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for logistics and supply chain operations.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
