📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and administrators to understand their educational needs and opportunities.
• Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals to identify and address educational challenges and opportunities.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the educational sector.
• Provide ongoing support and training to schools and educators on the use of educational products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of educational solutions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and educational outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational sales, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales and relationship-building in the educational sector.
• Strong understanding of educational products, services, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
