📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire export-import process, from order placement to delivery and payment.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, customs agents, and logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for export and import clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and customers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of export-import activities and any potential risks or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with trade software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and issues.
