• Design and manage talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Oversee HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute organizational growth plans.
• Manage and coordinate General Affairs activities to support the overall operations of the company.

• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on HR and organizational matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
• Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
