Shop Go Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with a blend of office and field work. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the outlet's performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
