PULSE Mandiri is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Padang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and a proven track record in project management. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Padang while also visiting project sites.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect project sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation as required.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and technicians.,Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.,Proven track record in project management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the construction industry.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
