📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
