Smart City Berjaya is seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team to ensure they are meeting their targets.,Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe and clean.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
