📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Monitor client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client business objectives and challenges.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.,Ability to travel as required by the role.
