🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
