📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address operational issues.

Maintain and update operational records and reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist in the development and execution of operational plans.

Provide operational support during shifts and emergencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.

Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in using operational software and tools.

Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
