📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and manage social media content, including graphics, videos, and copy, to engage the target audience.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry leaders to expand the company's reach.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the company remains competitive.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media channels.,Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Creative thinker with a strong portfolio of work to showcase your skills and experience.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Passion for the real estate and property industry, with a deep understanding of the market and trends.
