📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site.
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing and supervising the site team.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Reporting to the Regional Manager on site progress and any issues.
  • Ensuring that all site documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Promoting a positive and safe work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
