This is a full-time position located in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. The salary range for this role is IDR 12,000,000 - 20,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process issues,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies,Provide technical guidance and support to production teams,Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and innovation,Maintain and update process documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or process industry,Strong understanding of process engineering principles and best practices,Proficiency in using process control systems and software,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with all levels of the organization,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
