As a Facilities Engineer - Building Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively, while also identifying and implementing improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building systems maintenance and operation.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems (e.g., NATE, CFC, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
