Our hostel is nestled in the heart of Canggu, surrounded by lush tropical landscapes and just a short walk from the beach, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. You’ll be the face of Outpost Hostel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

In this role, you’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, manage bookings, and assist with guest inquiries, all while maintaining a friendly and engaging atmosphere. You’ll use our in-house Property Management System (PMS) to streamline operations and ensure a seamless experience for our guests. With your multilingual skills, you’ll bridge cultural gaps and create memorable connections with travelers from diverse backgrounds.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications, and assist with guest inquiries.
• Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.
• Assist with front desk operations, including housekeeping requests and maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and handle emergency situations with professionalism.
• Promote hostel amenities, events, and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with PMS software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Enthusiasm for travel and a passion for connecting with people from different cultures.
