Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Configure and manage network devices using tools like Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and SolarWinds.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Implement security measures to protect our network from potential threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our network infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and network engineering.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate are a plus.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proficient in using network monitoring and management tools like Nagios, PRTG, and Zabbix.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.
