📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor customer accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Analyze and forecast cash flow, providing insights to optimize financial performance.
• Conduct credit checks and manage credit risk, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment disputes and improve customer relationships.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing accurate and timely information to management.
• Utilize tools such as SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and credit management.
• Provide training and support to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and credit management.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management is a plus.
