📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of gold project management, including exploration, feasibility studies, and production.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical, operational, and financial professionals.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules using industry-standard software.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure project success.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in gold mining projects, with a focus on project management.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and environmental compliance.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with Surpac, Vulcan, and MineSight software.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
